Man you sure know what to say!!!! Its so many people who try to give advise on companies that they didn't work for. Then you bring on the reviews, and it makes everyone have preconceived notions about a company. If I went by some of the reviews, and other opinions from certain ex-drivers, I wouldn't have came here. Many swear that Climate is racist and I have not found that to be true. They only discriminate against drivers that can't turn miles lol

Yea i have noticed that it's useless to find out anything about a company based on their google reviews. Ya always seem to find mostly bad reviews. What i think is the drivers that have good things to say aren't leaving any reviews.

Yea you're right!! The one guy on google reviews that ranted about climate being racist was in orientation with my buddy. My friend told me all about the ordeal. The guy kept falling asleep during orientation plus he got up an left the room during one of the presentations. So they tried discussing it with the guy an it became a big problem so they sent him home. His excuse was the long trip , bus ride to orientation and no sleep at hotel. I don't care how tired ya are ya don't sleep during orientation and ya don't walk out on your employer in the middle of a presentation.

Like i told lumper humper the reviews on companies are useless. All ya seem to see are the bad reviews. All the company's out there can't be that bad. The only way to get an honest opinion about a company is to maybe ask current employed drivers on here or ask multiple drivers that you see driving for a particular company at a truck stop.

They are. Many truckers are grumpy people no matter where they go. Some people can make any company work, and some can't make any work.

They changed the wal-mart to a drop. Said we can drop it tomorrow. It wasn't supposed to deliver till Tuesday so i hope they got the date changed to tomorrow cuz Wal-Mart will fine them if we drop it before the date it's supposed to be there. Then off to wright city drop an hook an be 600 miles away in st cloud mn monday morning. Easy peasy , we could stop right now do a restart an be in Minnesota monday morning. I figured with our available hours they would've given us a long haul to deliver Tuesday morning or even monday an just ran us on recap.

Minnesota is an interesting run, itll be the first time I've heard anyone make mention of running to Minnesota that works for Climate, but then again, they will send a driver(s) anywhere pretty much. At least you'll get out of the heat for a bit

I've been to Minnesota for climate before but it was to pick up a backhaul after delivering in Wisconsin. One time we delivered over by Milwaukee then bounced over to the petro at portage wi and swapped with another driver. He had a hershey load that delivered the next morning in fargo nd. We woke up in fargo to 5 below zero outside. Talk about a little frost on the pumpkin.
