    Yea We'll switch down on 40 someplace. I arranged it so neither one of us will have to do a 30 min break. Only time we're givin up is time switching an gettin fuel. We can switch in as short as 15 if need be. I'll just go back in later an edit to put my pre trip in.

    I appreciate it. How are those Volvo’s treating you? I’ve never been in one. How are the miles weekly? What mpg does the company ask you to shoot for?

    Volvo's are very dependable. I don't think they really ride all that great but then again I have to sleep while my wife is driving and vice a versa so rides kind of rough in the bunk. I would say that a solo guy should be able to average 2500 to 3000 miles a week. We don't have a fuel bonus and they don't tell us what they want us to achieve for fuel mileage they just asked that you try not to idle any more than necessary. All our trucks have the APU. We are idle when we're in Phoenix does it usually won't keep up in that heat out there. Most of the other times were able to use it like on the weekends when we have a day off or something.
