I’m a little nervous. Getting reloaded without having to even swap dock doors going back to Union. Last time i got reloaded like this I had that incident where homeboy backed into my truck and got into a fist fight with me lol. Wonder what excitement i’ll face.

I scraped a bridge on my way to a p/u in Newark. Strange, a dry van behind me went under it and didn't touch it. Are reefer trailers higher than dry vans? I'd say it must have been about 3 inches too low, but that was enough to put a hole about the size of my fist in the right side ceiling of the trailer. I was following their directions to the shipper, but they said I should have seen it wouldn't work. Not sure how, but anyway, when their true colors starting showing like that I was ok with parting ways. Just wish they hadn't decided to keep my last 11 days of pay -- almost 4,300 miles. Ouch.

I would have to take them to court to have a chance of getting it back, and they know a driver can't afford to do that. I certainly can't. Plus, as they reminded me, we were told during orientation that if we didn't make it through 3 months, we would have to pay the cost they incurred putting us through it. They have all their bases covered. The individual driver (particularly a new one) has no more significance to them than a used trailer tire.
