I agree...how cam the trainer be training while sleeping..this practice needs to cease because this is what is causing lots problems in this industry....
Not sure if you’ve seen this but this is absurd...

Yea Bluffton is not always the quickest. Speaking of detention i was surprised to see a half hour detention on my check for that super value (unfi) we went to in Minnesota last week. I know Hershey's is always paid automatically but normally everything else i have to request it. With it just bein a half hour i didn't bother asking but they paid it anyway. That was the very 1st load of meat I've ever hauled here. Someone loaded it in wright city or sullivan missouri. It was one of those 2 towns. Don't remember the shipper name. It was deli meats i believe.

    believe.
Yea i read an article about that once. That would be ok if each trainee only worked half a shift an the truck had a 10 hr break after each full shift. But still it would really suck to have 3 people in the truck all the time. My wife an i is plenty for me.

Ahhhhhh ok deli meat. That can be a difficult load depending on the receiver. Some places take the longest to count it.

I must say, I've never had to ask for it. Usually they just add it on there. Robert usually texts or sends a Qualcomm message when they take so long. I haven't had too many serious delays since working here luckily

I think it should be 1 student per trainer and such...frankly, i used to be a trainer so I’ve seen the behind the scenes bs that goes on...as far as students are capable of doing this job...

An we are rollin again. My reset will be over at 5 tonight. We're goin to carthage with butter again. Was supposed to deliver at noon today but dispatch said they would reschedule the delivery. They wanted me to go ahead an reset cuz i woulda only got 4hrs back last night and again tonight. So we both ended up gettin restarts after all.

Yea i used to train but only on a local gig. Taught students outta school in a day cab how to pull an operate 40 ft frameless dumps. Heck i had to teach most of them basics like how to shift. I was always amazed how some ever managed to pass the road test at the dmv.
