Yea one of the biggest problems in the industry. A driver having to be the middle man while a facility holds him/her hostage while they breakdown an count product. When in fact the driver picked up a sealed load so what does said driver have to do with any os&d. Sign the bills subject to count an get the crap off my truck an me on my way i say!!!!

Hey I used to work at Frick’s when I was in high school! Let me guess, you are (hopefully were by now) at AG in Springfield?

Yea that place sucks. When I worked there the Fricks company drivers would take it. Then they were getting held up so Witte was doing it. Then Witte got sick of it and RL Smith in Wentzville did it for a bit. 1 pallet of salmon. Wow.

Yea we started hauling out of fricks some time back. We had a Minnesota load outta there. So far that's the best one I've done. I just don't care for the short runs. They eat up too much time for us being a team an the miles don't add up enough.

Teams should never run short loads. I did that one Frick's to Oklahoma City, and that was about a 4 hour unload late. It had a 1am delivery. For those types of loads, I prefer a late delivery time.
