Yea the 7 truck guy has his trucks leased on to a place called We The People. He does his own dispatching and talked a lot about freight rates and spot market stuff. I'd have to write down more questions and ask him some more things.

Is it a 1099 gig? I've worked for a couple of those small companies prior to Climate. All spot market loads. The biggest thing is equipment. That always bothered me with the smaller guys. Some will maintain their stuff, and others its like pulling teeth to get stuff fixed....by the way, I'm picking up in Chicagoland in the morning for Greenville, SC. Its packaging for Sauer Brands. When are we allowed to drop trailers there?

I've never dropped at Greenville sauer b4. Only live unloaded. I've just always checked in 1st thing like 6 or 7. It's 1099 or w-2. Our choice.

Oh ok. I've seen some of our trailers in the lot on Old Mill Rd, so that had me wondering. Then when I took glass down there from Jersey, i thinking that was going to be a drop, but they ended up taking it off as well.

Sweet! You've got a choice in the matter. They try to do it right. The fact that he's willing to do W-2, that would definitely make them attractive in my mind.

Yea I've seen trailers dropped there as well. Always wondered why we don't have a drop an hook there. Never asked but in reality they really don't have much room in that lot.

Yea. I'd have to find our own health insurance but he said he would help with the premiums. Can run for 30% of the gross or .75 per mile. We pick our pay package. Yea I'm on the fence still ciz i have a big fear of the unknown and change. It's just how I've always been.

We got our taters out of growers shipper in monte vista. If dispatch ever tells ya the shipper is farm fresh at 106 adams st don't fall for it. Farm fresh is at 15 Washington street and it's just an office. Ya have to call the farm fresh # that ya get off of Google and the guy will tell ya where to go. The 877# in dispatch info is a bogus # to some scam site. Gotta go to craftsmen then turn outta hershey to denver for friday. Safeway Yeah my favorite place. Uuuhhh Nooottt!!!!!!
