If they’re going to cut your miles and same time they raise pay they’re not that great of a company then... because at that point it’s not a pay raise

I guess they must have got a freight increase in their contracts. They're normally pretty good at doing across the board raises when that occurs. Ya know i was a doing some dream calculating and if the wife an i could do 6k a week for the year we would make 150k to 160k to the team. Man bring on da miles cuz that's the kinda money i wanna see. Make it happen captain!!!! Lol :D:D

They're not really a team company. They let some of us train our wives to drive. We knew goin into it that we wouldn't be running true team miles all the time. If i were running solo my miles would be 2700 plus a week. I never averaged less than that when i was solo. But as i team my miles are less than that individually. They're not the best company but they're certainly not bad. A person could definitely do a lot worse.

I agree...honestly, this is probably the best company I ever worked for. There have been occasional down weeks, like this one here, I'll get 2400 miles but I've had 3 straight 3000 plus mile weeks so my April avg looks good. I cant win em all I guess. At least i can say i get a check that i can count each week. You can make 1500 in week ⅓ of the year most companies, then make 700 or 800 to fill out other weeks, but you can make a steady 900 to 1100 take home here. It don't have to be the most. For me, it just has to competitive and reliable.

Feelin kind of burnt out this week i’ve had to split my breaks all week to get my loads delivered on time. I’m going to politely ask dispatch tomorrow if they can give me some stuff with a little more time on it. Slowly starting to give way I have to split my break again tonight to get up to Warrenton by 8 AM tomorrow.
