Climate Express

picked up clay in Ripley, MS.

 

The wife already has a bunch of food prepped. She made potato and macaroni salad, baked beans with bacon, an corn on the cobb so far. Gonna cook out this afternoon. We're throwing a birhday party for our 2 yr old grandson today.

 

Man smith foods is out in the boonies lol. Talk about the road to nowhere

 

I bobtailed over there from craftsman. I was lucky

 

We were there last monday and another climate driver came in with a return load like we had. He tried to get turned around to avoid having to blind side. Finally was able to go out the tank side an come back in. Then he couldn't get backed into a slot which was clearly wide enough to back into. He was supposed to hook to the empty next to that spot. Asked me to pull it out of his way so he could drop the load. I did it to be nice but it kinda had me scratching my head. Cuz i was thinking if he wasn't able to back into a doable spot at smith foods what in the heck does he do when he comes across a tight spot like that at other customers or a truck stop.

 

Yeah like I said I’m lucky I bobtailed in there. Going to find out how long us foods holds me against my will

 

Most us foods I've been to don't usually take longer than 2 hours. The one in phoenix has taken up to 3 to 4 hours before but that only happens once in awhile.
