Yea, all i was expecting was a t-shirt. Thought it was nice of them to do that for us.

 

I don't know what they did when they turned me up, but now my quallcom is acting all kinds of stupid. It will no longer automatically put you on the drive line, you have to do it by hand. It also will not show miles driven, and about every 1.5 hrs it'll throw it to on duty while your rolling along at speed. The little red light comes on and says the road speed sensor is not functioning. Crazy ####. Guess I should use paper logs till I can get back to Union.

 

Call safety. An call shop an see what they say to do. They may have you do a soft reset or a hard re boot to see if it helps.

 

I called Rob He said to kill the batteries for 15 min to see if that will fix it. If not run paper back to Union

Yea 10-4. Man i had issues one time with our Qualcomm not tracking our location properly when we would change duty status. They made me manually input our locations which meant waiting for the next duty change to go back an edit them. It was a real pain in the you know what!! They told me as long as the system would allow me to do that, that i couldn't run paper. Said they would have to disable our e-log for me to use paper.

 

I made it to moberly an shut down by 15:00. I'll have 4.75 hrs to use all day tomorrow. I don't care for running on recaps myself, but i'm stuck with it till i go home on Thursday.

 

I guess killing the batteries worked. I got up did my pre trip ,took off and it put me on theDL, so I guess everything is back to normal. No more lights and buzzers
