Dang man, tough break on that mirror and bumper. They'll fix that in about an hour lol. I'm glad you're hammering out Climate Miles still. That happened to me on 270 where a pickup hauling a boat broke the mirror on my driver side some time ago. The lanes were narrow and he was hell bent on passing me. Hit the mirror amd kept it moving. Left it hanging so I was able to position it enough to make it back to the yard.

I'm just getting up from a nap. Im.at Craftsmen now and soon I'll taking off with a load going back to Pageland for Friday. I had brought up a load out of Columbia for Hazlewood and I got derailed yesterday. Don't y'all know that 2 trucks had a major accident on 24 in Clarksville, TN going westbound. One was hauling hazmat and it caught fire. The driver had to be life flighted to Nashville. They closed 24 at the 8 so I ended parking on an entrance ramp outside of Nashville for 8 hrs. I could have done an alternate route, but I would've had to park as my hrs were getting funny anyway. I've been running recaps this week. I just decided to wait it out, and once I got moving, I was tickled at the fact random trucks were just parked anywhere on the Interstate. That back up caused a lot of drivers to run out of time

Mine was broke clean off, and hanging buy two wires, so I cut the wires and I have it in the tk, although the mirror is shattered.

Happy Monday Climateers, what's shaking? I've spent the weekend at the yard so i am primed and ready for a week of Climate Miles. I'm deadheading to Robinson to do the Palmyra run. How's yall's hometime?

I left home at 0130 Monday morning, and DH'd up to Burgettstown PA, 220 miles for a Walmart ld to St James, for Tues, then I guess to the yard for repairs, or hopefully a new tk.

You're definitely overdue for a new truck man. After all you've been through recently, I'd say it's time. It'll certainly reduce interruptions of running Climate Miles

Ahhh ok you'll certainly smell it. You'll also get the smell of fried chicken.and cheap cologne with the diesel smell lol. I'll leave my mark in Palmyra tonight, then probably get a turnaround load out of there, at least that's my hope.
