Oh yeah, they told me don't get too comfortable in it. Lol I don't mind if it's old or new as long as everything works and can pass a DOT inspection. This truck has reached OG status so I named it Ernest lol
I think I do remember you mentioning that before. I've never met him though. For those of us living in states farther east, Phoenix is a treat for real

Finished day 1 of orientation. Only real negatives I heard were planned routing/fuel and home time days not ‘officially’ accruing. I don’t know how lenient they are if someone did want to do 4 weeks out, 3-4 days home when driving actually starts. Other than that, everyone was super genuine instead of the fake friendly BS, and all the positives you all mentioned seemed like they’ll come true.
Also saw this big timer on the driver of the month board.Attached Files:

They are very lenient on both routing and fuel. I rarely fuel where they suggest. As long as you fuel at PFJ, and not in Indiana at all you'll be ok. Just do it as close as you can till you're been here a couple of weeks . As far as time off, I stay out 17 or 18 days and then home for 3 or 4 days. They will have no problem with your home time request. This is a great Co, you'll like it here.Professor No-Name, mdmgolfin, bryan21384 and 1 other person Thank this.

What big timer lol? Who's that guy? The planned fueling and routing really ain't that bad. The way they do it is highly efficient in my opinion. I don't always use the suggested fuel stops either, but I learned all the ones that they use, marked those as favorites in the app, and adjust if needed. The runs to Colorado, it's definitely best to use their suggested ones. You'll get 2 fuel stops for those runs, and the latter one sets you up for the next load. They say 2 weeks out and 2 days at home, but I stay out for a while as well, sometimes i go home for a couple of days, and other times I've sat home for 3 or 4. It just depends on my needs at that time.Professor No-Name, 57 model, mdmgolfin and 1 other person Thank this.

He dang sure will man! You spoke some truth totally. It js a great company and it would take the real deal for me to leave. It's the culture here that makes it hard to leave.Professor No-Name, 57 model, mdmgolfin and 1 other person Thank this.

Once the driver manager said that the planned fuel stops are targeted to be 700 miles apart, it didn’t bother me at all. DHT was bad about doing 40 gallons, then 75, and then a full fill up the next day. Fueling 10 times a week for 2500 miles got a little irritating lol.
Planned routing is no big deal either. Once you get out to Kansas and Colorado or over in Appalachia, there’s not much option for routing regardless of policy
@57 model glad to know they allow you 3-4 days regularly. I prefer 4-5 weeks and home for 3-4 days, so hopefully they’ll be fine with it since I live in a pretty convenient area for them. And no worries about no Indiana fueling. I try and hold my breathe and leave that state as quick as possible most of the time

I’m in truck 1190 about to head to Houston with a Coke load. Feel free to wave, or flip me off depending on your style. I assume I won’t be in this truck long with it being at 456k, but it’s pretty solid

You won't be in 1190 very long at all. I got out of 1153 when it had 460k on it. I'm in 1331. My ph # is 304 546 8150, if you need anything I'll be glad to help you.dwells40, bryan21384, Professor No-Name and 2 others Thank this.
