Right back at ya man!!! Good seeing you in good spirits! I saw you struggling to slide those axles, so I figured you had an airbag issue. Those 36 series trailers are probably the oldest now that the 25s are gone. It's bad weather everywhere man. Coming across Nebraska it was slick for much of it. I got low on time once I got into Iowa though. My plan is to stay behind the storm as much as possible, as I don't have to drop til 4 pm Monday. Where ya going to in Bedford? I'm headed to a Walmart.Friend and Thrasher28 Thank this.

Yes coming out of Platteville. Are you delivering in Columbia? If you got Coke for Loveland then it's a piece of cake. Last time I went there I had an assortment of ConAgra products out of Indiana. They took 4 hours but I didn't mind. I needed that nap that day lol.
Yeah man, they gotta 2nd storm right behind this one, so you definitely got your work cut out for you! Your truck is gonna look like it was in the frozen tundra like mine does now. That road spray gives my truck some color lolPeace_Maker and Lumper Humper Thank this. -
Yeah, the only thing I don't like about Walmart is that you can't be any earlier than 2 hours prior to your appointment. I'm taking the milk run down to Schnucks in St Louis. I'm no stranger to the grime, I used to live in Colorado. They use a ton of mag chloride on the roads. That stuff is nasty on the vehicles!Friend and bryan21384 Thank this.

The funny thing is, it actually turned out to be a decent day in the high plains yesterday. My problems began once I got in Nebraska. The snow just fell steadily, and that mag chloride gave my truck a good bleaching lol. You've got one of my favorite regular runs. Anything with good miles and overnight parking at the customer always a win for me!Friend and Peace_Maker Thank this.

Yep! I Love this run!
Friend and bryan21384 Thank this. -
Walmart as well at 15:30. For some reason, I was thinking it was 07:30 all day yesterday. Kinda wish I shut down after the shop visit now -- mightve opened up the possibility of a 34 if I saved that hour or two, but all good.
How'd you end up getting routed on 80? I'll always prefer 80 over 70. I might dread the craters on I-80 through Joliet the entire time, but I'll still prefer it lolFriend, bryan21384 and Peace_Maker Thank this. -
Lol I got lucky I guess....but Pottsville isn't too far from 80. Given you're headed to Bedford, coming off the turnpike, that's probably why you had to run 70. 80 is definitely a treat. I audibled a fuel stop though. Wood River, NE....just no. I used LaSalle, IL instead. It's one they've had me use in the past. They don't ever say anything though so...whatever lolThrasher28, Peace_Maker and Friend Thank this.

Pretty good day today for still having 30 minutes of drive time left. Would've kept rolling just to hit 700, but not enough time to clear Columbus
bryan21384, Peace_Maker and motocross25 Thank this. -
Wow you had a pretty long day too! I turned 655 and stopped in Perrysburg, OH. I may chill out here til tonight and then get a little closer in order to finish her off tomorrowmdmgolfin and Thrasher28 Thank this.
