Not sure. They were there last night. I got lucky this time. Rig is 40 minutes from home so I go home everyday. After we finish it’s going back north.

    Yes sir.

How much money would it take for you to call it quits and just retire for good? This could be a whole another thread but I’m just curious?

D.Tibbitt, Siinman and bzinger Thank this.

    $284,543.

I didn't even come up with this number haha, I used Google's random number generator and set a minimum range of 1 and max range of $500K. But considering I only have 1 truck and 1 reefer trailer, and I consider myself low maintenance, I think it's a good number for me to retire from trucking. Maybe invest some of that money into a work truck and offer road service.

Hmmm…. Hard to say…but if I was a billionaire, I’d still do this. I would just go completely on the operation side and run a small fleet. Gotta stay productive. Just because I’d have lots of money, doesn’t mean I’d stop serving my customer. People gotta eat.

I’d be so done with Trucking. Start enjoying other things I’ve neglected. Boating, Fishing, Classic Cars, I’d have no problem staying busy. No more Trucking involvement of any sort.
