Cloud doesn't have any direct freight. the app just pulls from load boards.
Limitations of the app is 100 loads, less than 24 hours old.
We have jb, uber, dat and a few others . Just added echo.
Your 100% in control of all loads/negotiating directly with broker except for uber, jb and echo don't like the offer cloud has to submit the bids. After the opening bid with echo it gets switched over to me. jb and uber do not.
I've had no issues except for ratecon issues. broker says sent, cloud says they can't find it. So far its been 100% because the ratecon sent doesn't match what broker and I agreed to and I reported to cloud in app.
Example broker posted a load
Sandy UT to Hillsdale WY. Broker and I spoke I agreed to move it. I reported acceptance of load to cloud.
ratecon came in as Draper UT to Cheyanne WY
Only other issue I've had is setting up with new brokers. Can take them 1 hour or 8 depending on the day.
My only current concern is the safety rating and loss of brokers due to safety and other issues.
Other than that its been smooth.
Now we just need rates to go up or diesel to go down I only netted about 2600 for April.
Home for weekend, prepping for dot extortion week.
Ordered new hoses and brackets for the wheels got to get those on then check a few other things.

How was power only for you? What were you averaging for rates? Do you usually get your fuel surcharges when you're negotiating your rates? Is the CSA score issues a minor nuance or is it a major hindrance? How often do brokers refuse to work with you? Rates are junk for both right now.
Considering shutting it down for a while.
Trouble with power only I found was the deadhead 100+ miles sometimes.
Haven’t had any issues with dot though I do expect an inspection during extortion week.
I do believe cloud operators are being targeted though, citations have been issued for us that I have never seen nor heard of since I’ve been driving commercial.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -

Pulled a load of auto parts from nh to Texas not doing that again.
Transmission fluid and oil all over the trailer.
1.69 for the auto parts.

Rates still low on a mass to Texas run now for 1.79.
See a lot of loads moving around within Texas though for decent prices.
Fuel is also under 5 a gallon compared to the 6+ back east.
