Hello there! First I want to say, thanks for the transparency with working with CT. Your input has been more than helpful with insight on the inner workings of this company. Now I just found this thread so excuse me if I’m making you be redundant. However, is one allowed to haul Amazon with CT?

My only complaint is with broker relationships. As one person can screw up everything for the rest of us.
We have a growing list of brokers we can’t use.
My only wish would be for cloud to be a little more proactive in this respect.
Not sure how they could rectify it though as it’s each of us as individuals talking to brokers rather then cloud as a carrier.

 

There's something else going on. It would take a lot drivers screwing up alot to get banned by a broker.

 

We have a lot declining because of something called freight guard.
How many screw up would it take to get a broker to not work with us?

 

Think your freight guard may be part of the issue.

As far as the screw ups ... depends how they screw up and how they're handled.

 

our they busy right now I'm looking to sign on at cloud. Does there platform work? How hard is it to get a rental trailer, and how is there power only.
no bs please I know rates our garbage right now

 

There’s a waitlist for a trailer. I don’t currently know what the turnaround time is.
Power only I think mostly depends on your location.
One of the guys in group chat does quite well with it.
I on the other hand hated it.
Long deadheads and searching for empty trailers.
Cloud themselves offers no freight.
We operate on the spot market sourcing are loads from brokers or shippers.

 

I'm in illinois, also phone guy said about 2 week wait for trailers

 

Good glad they got that wait down.
When I first came on it was 3 months.
Been signed on since January
Overall I’ve been very happy with them.

 

can I get in on ya all group chat? what platform you all use. And how does power only work? Do you hunt down a load our trailer and use that for awhile?
