Cloud Trucks

Any truck will have problems when you got govt mandated crap plugged in.

My current truck was a constant problem untill the peoplenet got pulled out. Now it's much better.

Someone needs to sue to get rid of the mandated eld. It's a law that bankrupts trucks.

 

Am I missing something with their safer report. Says they only have 240 trucks. Does that mean they have only 240 people leased onto them? Why so few if they are being recognized as such a good company?

 

I was with them for a few months....I loved the setup and how they pay my problem with them was they had a crappy safety record and no brokers on the boards would work with them...so soon as I called and gave them the mc# they would cancel. I only got work cuz I had a few brokers that knew ne personally from previous runs with them and knew my work ethic so they would give me loads. But I had to leave cloud for thar reason...but if that was to change I would go back.

Time to dig them VR goggles out of the dust bin. Man, I knew there would be a use for them some day!

 

Just following up on this since I’m looking into signing up with cloud trucks are you still with them ?

I was just leased on w them, rates are low that are posted on their boards average 2.5 a mile. Few are a little higher. Lease purchase is expensive 650 a week ,trailer lease is 250 a week. Other fees involved if you get your plates through them. If you own your own truck you may do ok.

 

i havent searched yet but heard mud flap has to many restrictions
