    Maybe contact the DOT in your state??? If that hasn't already been suggested. Or would it be the Sec of State??

    Hi! It’s just regulations by Insurence company.
    I also looking some student who wonna be driving with me . I do training on my 2019 Volvo 860. I can pay for my student-co-driver 1000$ a week. May be so you know someone
