I have installed EverTough 1850 manual clutch on my Cascadia. The original Solo lasted 600k. This one is little noisy when truck is idling but it's ok for me. I have 350k m already on this clutch and adjusted twice only..

My clutch supplier called me when I sent a solo core and requested an EZ pedal. Said they had some problems doing that. At their recommendation we went back with a Solo.
I do not like them but the previous one lasted 700,000 miles. That was on a truck with a hydraulic slave cylinder at the bottom.

Another option I used to use was the Sachs clutch. I think they may have gotten out of the aftermarket though. It proved to work great in Mack with some price savings. Sachs was OEM clutch provider for Freightliner in late 90's. We had a FLD six axle dump truck go almost 900,000 on the original Sach's clutch and the truck was slip seated.

bigguns, swaan and SAR Thank this.
