Didn’t run any miles. Only been about 5,000 since the PM. Was trying to wait for rates to jump.

In the main box, just 4th. Back box I believe should be direct in all high range gears.

Rideandrepair and superhill56 Thank this.

Does it also make the noise with clutch pedal to the floor? What about with just slight pressure on the pedal?
650cat425 Thanks this. -

Not saying it can't be the clutch but I'm leaning more internally. Clutch pedal pressed, clutch housing and intermediate plate still rotate. Means the clutch housing isn't contacting anything inside the bellhousing. Definitely can't be the pilot bearing. Kind of leaning away from the release bearing. Typically, but not always, they "growl" more with the pedal pressed.
Isafarmboy, 650cat425 and superhill56 Thank this. -
If it was internal would the noise transmit to the clutch? All the racket sounds like it’s in the clutch housing. This is crazy! Last month was Turbo this month is clutch/transmission. Can a guy catch a break!
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
