    If they had cruise control, they were the new style.......

    if'n you had to set a concret block on the throttle pedal, it was old style....

    true---never thought about it like that lol

    ther were some time the mixer i was driving that the throttle lock wouldnt hold and i wish i had a concrete block to put on the pedal

    :yes2557:I usually start off in number 3 if MT, sometimes 4th. Never had a problem.

    oh finally now my question is when u start off n 4th do u come off the clutch all da way n then step on the fuel or as you coming off the clutch you give it some fuel

    :biggrin_255:Release the clutch first, then mash the foot feed . Co- ordination takes practice.
    An amateur practices until he can do it right. A professional practices until he cannot do it wrong. Just takes a little time.:biggrin_25517:

    Once again, no clutch and fuel together. Ever. It doesn't matter if he can do it in 4th in his truck. His truck is not your truck. If you can't do it in your truck, then you need to use a lower gear for starting.
