Thank you I stick to my guns. My current company feels the same way. They take good care of their drivers and it shows. Our turnover rate is very low. You don't see us advertise in the truckstop racks either; no need to with only 250 trucks (oldest are '09s and those are being phased out) and one terminal. Heck, our Qualcomm isn't even staffed 24/7- just someone who answers a phone in case of emergency
