As to no charge, the first one or two may be free, but like anybody a company cannot survive if everything is given away. Do you haul for free? Mapping data is time consuming and is bought from one of the two major mapping companies. I cannot see a company having to buy the data and then give it away.

he is just a tester. no offense. also it does not state they will start to charge. it only says he doesn't not understand how the updates are going to remain being free. i have been getting free updates for my TND 500 for over 5 months now and still have seen nothing from the company stating that they will ever charge. learn to read and thanks for the laughs at your vast misinterpretation of everything you fail shoo steering wheel holder shoo.

 

The updates are free while they are still beta testing it.
