Coca-Cola, Detroit, MI. Useless!

    Checked in at noon, now midnight and still sitting in a dock without being started on. 3rd time I've been to this lousy place, 2nd time I've dealt with this.

    As if this isn't obvious, in a hell of a neighborhood too. "Staging area" is Wesson Street, a row of burned-out or abandoned homes with trash strewn about everywhere. Shipper is completely useless, from the guard shack, to the shipping office, to the loaders. It's a shame because every other Coke plant I've dealt with has been aces, not this one. Turn down these loads if you have the option...

    A 14 hour wait is pathetic. The long waits have been going on for a while. Here are a few Google Reviews:

    These f###s take you being late up their a#s and make you sit all day waiting while everyone else goes in early on your behalf.

    This has got to be the worse place I've ever picked up from I got here at 930 am for a 12 pm pickup of course the made me sit even while they only had 3 trucks to work on safe to say it's 12 pm now an I still haven't been put in a dock this plant manager an load logistics manager should kill themselves!!!! Pepsi better anyway Lmmfao

    I was fortunate. I delivered to cc.detroit once, and it took them 2 hours. Maybe, I was blessed...sure sound like it.
    But I have personally heard the horror stories. And I live in detroit.
    Was offered a pick up at cc.detroit and refused to go. Didn't wanna push it.
