Yes we ended up replacing the broken one but it didn't solve my problem. Even after reduilding the high pressure pump and fixing the broken washer...it was still doing the same de-rate problem. Finally, after pulling the top off and having another place take a look...I decided to switch out the whole pump. Problem solved.
