So the purple one was used by disney. They are not willing to budge on the price, because that is the actual original mileage and engine hours. The thing hanging off the back end is supposedly the setup for towing three other day cabs they got from Disney as well.
As for the red and black one, that one was used to haul generators and movies / film set trailers. The weird frame on its catwalk is the generator mount.

i bought this ‘85 back in 2011 for $500 and was complete and fresh off the road with a NTBC4 Formula 350, freshly rebuilt and converted 9 speed, rebuilt 3.55 rear diffs and new brakes on all 3 axles. Piston cooler on #5 broke and the driver melted that cylinder down so the turf hauling company sold it for nothin. I have since either used for other trucks or sold $30k worth of parts off of it and still more good stuff left on it. -

So, since i started this thread, i have since bought a 1997 int 9800 sba. And I've put almost 35k into repairs/new parts. I believe I should be able to run for 2 to 3 weeks without issues now. But now I am once again at the point where I am looking at stretching the frame on this thing... As it is a 144" wheelbase currently, I figured do a 10' stretch and sleeper, bring it up to 264". It'll be a little longer than most company conventional trucks, but I'd have more than double the sleeper space at that point.
Any suggestions on places to go to stretch the frame? -
