Coffee vs Energy Drinks

No worries, I hooked up to an empty trailer that had 2 tarps on it (with the help of a cool guy I met), dispatcher called me while I was doing that and he wanted me to pick up that exact empty; I flew so fast here in my 65ish governed international I got to the shipper about an hour ahead of schedule and am taking my 30 at a rest area a few miles away hehehe picking up a load of shingles. This load isn’t due until the 29th in Tennessee, but I’ll get it there tomorrow

 

I think I’ll settle for plain Joe old school and not go that far hehe

Jokes aside you already doing better than me. I remember my first load I got there and they asked me to dock my trailer. I’m like “what trailer, don’t you have one already?!” Man I forgot a trailer on my first load.

Coffee helps me with my morning business. I tried to get up and drink my first cup while driving but I usually ended up needing to stop for some ####posting. Now I try to get up with enough time to have a cup and get that out of the way; if I don’t have time, I forgo it.

 

@D.Tibbitt got anything you wanna say about energy drinks?

 

LOL they are better left on the shelf in the truckstop fridge.... The ensuing fall off the cliff is not even worth it. Especially when u crash out for 17 frickin hours

 

Caffeine pills. No stopping to piss every 2 hours. Just get the ones with caffeine only and take 1. About the same strength as a big cup of coffee
