On the occasion that I drive the overnite shift, I take Nyquil when Im done driving so that I can sleep during the day. Works every time. I got drug tested once the morning after I had taken Nyquil and there were no problems. I do wonder what a state trooper would say If he knew I had nyquil in the truck.

    I was wondering there... Huh?
Sleeping on crewboats offshore, a couple Tylenol PMs help me to sleep....hate to think that would be a bad idea...

The PM part of the Tylenol PM is the same ingredient in Benadryl - just incase you're interested :D
