1-2 mpg drop on Canadian fuel in "typical" cold weather (i.e. -10°C to -20°C). Chances are you'll also be idling all night as well, so there's another gallon an hour.
I drove a 550hp C-15 CAT for almost a two years and could get over 6 mpg at 75,000 gross in the summer, and it would get down under 5 in the winter at the same weight.
