For once I agree with Dinomite,i have done these lease purchase deals,a couple of them.I made money,just about .03 cpm more than I would have made as a company driver.No Benefits,responsible for taxes,and a crap load of worries, every Monday morning you had to worry about if you were going to make your nut that week.Find a good company(there are some out there,just took me 22 years to find one) and stick with them through thick and thin,keep your obligations at home manageable so when it is thin you stay afloat.This is some advice from someone who has been there done that for 22 years!

 

If you have been in banking all your life you should know how payments have to be made. Plus if I had been in banking I would have stole enough money to live on. The heck with trucking! My 4 cents.

 

It is so strange that you all are treating this trucker unfairly. If you live in a world where trucking companies and recruiters don't lie, you are sorely deceived. I have seen it a hundred times over and it is truly a disgusting mess to treat workers so unfairly.

I work for colonial and it is true there are a lot of fees and expenses but considering the monthly payments at other dealers 500 a week is fair with no down payment and bad credit. You can not enter this as a driver you have to approach it as a business owner watch the fuel purchase and other expenses. My weekly take home AVERAGE is 1800-2000. You can make good money but you have to work for it. The account you were on as of right now is 74% plus .60 com fsc.my friend I am sorry you didn’t make it but it’s not colonial fault.
