    I've already been pre approved and read reports and did research still going with this company will they still hire me when I get there I got in an accident earlier this month but they have checked my PSP score and my DAC report but my accident is not on there so should I notify them about it when I get to orientation will they deny me and what is a DOT recordable accident

    They will find out and then fire you for with holding information. Better to find out now and not waste your time and money getting started with them. If I hired you and you kept this from me - you're gone. I mean, how would I trust you in the future?
