Just finished their Monday thru Friday orientation. Not leasing my truck to any carrier that believes $1.10-$1..20 per mile is "good money". Honestly. Nice people, cheap paying loads. Recruiter painted a much better and higher paying scenario. What a waste of time.

Colonial was a good co.years ago before they started lease purchase s .And only ran true O/Os.They got greedy I guess when the kids toke over.

I started this thread a long time ago but I did end up driving for Colonial. I was a company driver and not a lease to own driver for the but I think that now they only do lease to own and owner operator.
I can tell you that while I was there they were the best company i ever worked for. Everyone knew me by name and treated me very very well. I don't know if that has changed though. I honestly didn't make as much as I have teaming for another company but they way they treated me is priceless.

I work here currently and if you read anything from these past post their completely right! Do not come here you will lose everything! This job is a scam plus they’re getting sued right now for underpaying their drivers! I actually caught them stealing money out my check once! PLEASE AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!’
