Do you support him enough to sit in the jump seat while he drives down a mountain? His sentence reflects the required minimum for the 27 counts he was found guilty of. He made a series of poor choices and should live with the consequences.

 

I still wouldn't take it personally and neither should you. The guy did not set out to commit vehicular homicide on anyone. It was an accident if that wasn't clear enough yet. And no I don't think he deserves to get off scott free but as it's been said over and over, 110 years is excessive, outdated and ancient Colorado laws be dammed

 

I disagree with you. He had at least two chances to avoid being in the wreck at the bottom of the hill.

 

Neither did the thousand drunks who killed people with their cars in 2021.

Typically, these folks get 10-15 years per person they killed, so what's fair for this incompetent "professional" driver?

I can live with 15 years x 4 fatalities = 60 years if he serves the full 60 years.
