Are you looking for one permanent spot, or are you willing to move around? There's lots of trucking terminals around Columbus, and some of them may be willing to allow you in for an hour or so. I work for Swift, and I've seen catering wagons at lots of our terminals. They usually come in when the shop goes on break and hang around for a little while, then move on somewhere else. This way you catch drivers who have no other option for food besides vending machines and delivery.

simplyred1962 Betty Boop, One Bodacious Babe!!!
Just make sure the girls STRESS that the ONLY thing for sale is the food. And prepare them for the rude and crude manner in which some drivers will speak to them.
For sure, hubby and I would stop, as it gives me a break from cooking at least ONE meal that day!! LOL
If the food is good, your price sounds GREAT!
Good luck!!

Are you ...
1. looking for a place to park and store the BBQ trailer when you are not using it?
OR
2. Are you looking for a place to set up business to sell food to truck drivers?
Potential Answer ...
1. If this is the case, then call these people for suggestions ...
614-645-6400
2. Wouldn't this be in direct competition to food sales for individual truck stops? Why would they be giving their competitor a leg up on sales? Unless, you rented a space from them. Then that's another whole ball of wax. -
I know it can be done. There's a guy set up just west of st louis on 70 that has a BBQ trailer set up and broadcasts on the CB. I never had the time to stop in but he was there all last summer.
