And the mentor remembers to go into the remarks section showing the fueling on his On Duty time

 

True. The situation is different once you are driving as a team. You want your trainee by that point to be comfortable with fueling procedures, have an active Comdata card, and have all the rewards cards to be racking up their own points and shower credits.
