As a trainee you don't have a fleet manager. However you should contact the training dept and ask them about your card and getting cash out of it.

But you can... You call the number to set up transaction. Then use at atm.

PS You can set up funds.... Make purchases at WalMart, get cash back... Avoid ATM fees.

 

Good advice about Using comdata however you still pay transaction fees. Comdata burned me for over $25 in these fees before I noticed it and stopped using the card at POS.

Also I have a serious doubt that customer service number can help you with carrier card setup questions. These will be referred back to the carrier that set the cards up. Just FYI every carrier is free to set their cards up however they desire.

 

Ya... Not sure about fees for advancing.

I only use it when I have to buy light bulbs, fluids, etc.

For some reason swift only reimburses to the comdata and not paycheck.

But I have never been charged any fees using it like a debit card at WalMart, and WalMart will let you get cash back with purchase.

I remember from training... The only time I had to do retrieve funds as direct deposit had not kicked in.

But if you get at least 50 gallons. Call and set up comcheck.... You can get your money without any fees.

I agree.... His trainer should really be on top of this stuff.
