Nothing new. New guys are beating down the revolving door to get in. 140% turnover means May is hiring 120 drivers a month to maintain the 1,000 drivers on the books. It's that way with all of the larger carriers. I found that in reality they really don't care. It's just part of doing business for them.

 

Came to this forums to see how my former colleagues are doing these days, but a cursory read of these posts tells me all I need to know.
