    Nice try, but you would have to prove that the company in question wrote it, like getting it on their letterhead.

    Even still, the law does not provide for this. It always has been and will continue to be, at least for the foreseeable future, the driver's fault.

    Just curious ... I see most of the posts on this thread are a bit older... IS there anyone from the Fl, GA, or even AL area that may be attending the class with Swift on Mar. 9, 09 ??? I have a son that is heading that way then, and thought it would be nice if he could possibly touch base with anyone prior to class date.
    Please respond if you are heading that way!
