    Yeah dude, you're not gonna find your dream job with 3 mos experience. If you can stick I out for 9 more mos, your options will get considerably better.

    Just because a company requires more experience doesn't always mean it is a better company. With 6 months experience you might find some that pay a little more but again doesn't mean they will actually be a better fit.

    Just saying a company may be great for one person but may not work for another. I dive for Prime and we catch a lot of flack about being a training company but I have no complaints as I get good miles and make decent money.

    Very true. I mean for all other industries I've worked in that was a false statement but I'm starting to learn that trucking is less black and white in that regard.
