As some commenters have pointed out in long-established threads that list companies with them, for example this one
Companies currently using driver cameras...
seeing companies listed somewhere as not having them would also be valuable.
So let's start naming them. One company I can name is Heartland Express, which prohibits drivers from using any outward- or inward-facing cameras in their trucks.

For the record, I’m pro outward facing cameras.
My problem is with inside facing cameras, especially in sleepers.
I was forced to deal with it while driving a day cab. I got used to it and never got popped for any violations but I’d still rather not have one in a sleeper truck. Just my .02ronjeremyjr, Tb0n3, MrEd and 1 other person Thank this. -
Except often you could see the accident coming. It's almost seems like the dash cam was giving a sense of rightousnes to the truck driver to allow an accident, instead of avoiding it.foggy Thanks this. -
