My company just got these stupid things on only the new trucks. Of course my almost new truck immediately required a month long repair and I got a new truck. I keep my spycam covered until I change to driving once I leave a parking lot or truck stop. I immediately cover the spycam when I get to a parking lot and change my status to PC. If I am on any line other than driving I keep it covered.
So far nobody is complaining about it.asphaltreptile311 Thanks this. -
Thats smart though. I have only done local route driving for PEPSI since the new laws for ELD's. It was straight forward and the driver supervisors could edit any mistakes. Really miss the days of paper logs BIG TIME. It's more risky in fact, in my opinion. Now your RACING driving like a nascar driver to beat the ELD.

Averitt's new forward facing cameras are set back from the windshield and angled down just enough to where they pick up the drivers reflection from inside the cab. Especially at night. They can see all you do with these new cameras without actually having to install a driver facing camera.ghostcookie Thanks this.

Not sure if they are on here. But today my cousin talked to the recruiter at Tribe Express. And the recruiter told him they have outward and inward facing cameras.

Heding Truck Service recently put in forward facing only. Get to watch your events right on the tablet.
