There are only 7 days in a week. So under recap you can only work 60 hours in 7 days. You can work 70 hours in 7 days if you reset but I dont think anyone could do that consistently.
60 is the number that should be used IMO.

Best way to compare jobs is take gross pay and divide it by days worked. That gives you dollars per day. 3000 miles in 7 days is not the same as 3000 miles in 5 with 2 days off
