Probably also hire from Tampa Truck Driving School.

Good question. I don't understand that either.
I couldn't care less if people in the office know my name or not; what difference does that make?

 

I'm the same way. All companies are the same anyway. Tell me where it picks up and tell me what time it needs to deliver, and I'm cool. That's the only conversation needed to have with the office people.

 

Well....let me tell you this: folks can come on here and give you opinions on companies. I rarely give mine on a company because I haven't worked for many of them. A person who has worked there may or not have a good experience there. Yours will be completely different. If you have options, weigh them based on what's important to you. For me, its freight base. I don't care about incentives and accessory pay. I only worry about what's going in my bank account each Friday. Freight impacts that directly. I want steady freight and good miles. Everything else will take care of itself.

 

Now there are some drivers that have a negative review on every company they drive for. Many drivers cant make it anywhere. Let me ask you this, what do the recruiters say? They will all sell you pipe dreams, but which one sounds the best?
