This is the one APair had on their site. I see it is not a pad mount. Although it looks that the fittings are set up to accept the fittings from the York compressor. Or I may be seeing it wrong in the picture. I'm worried about that Freightliner bracket lining my belt up, not sure if they have a different pulley arrangement. It also appears that I may not have much room with the intake elbow right behind the compressor. Might have to look at this setup for clearance reasons

Guess first thing is to see if the old bracket has damaged the timing cover. Thanks for your help.

I found a bracket on ebay that is meant to stabilize the york compressor. It was on a 12.7 in a Classic. The York was straight up and down. My International has about a 30 degree tilt, so there may be a large difference inbetween Freightliner and IH brackets. Mine is also the mount for the alternator. If I used that pad mount bracket. I would need to change alternator as well. Will do some more digging into this

I forgot to come back and update this. I looked at all options I could find. Mastercool has a sanden conversion kit that worked great for my application. I spoke with Erik on the phone. It was awesome to speak to a guy that knew his stuff. There was a conversion bracket that sandwiches the sanden compressor and makes it square, then it bolts into the factory york bracket. He also sent all the fittings, and cut to fit hoses and clamps and all the little pieces, correctly the first time. He asked for a few pictures of the old parts is all. Highly recommend Erik at mastercool.
