Completing Trip, Mileage, and IFTA Information

Does it take anyone else a long time to figure out all of the trip and mileage information for filling out IFTA reports for every driver? This is a huge time suck for me and I'm seeing if anyone else is having this same issue. Is anyone else looking for, or has anyone found a better way of doing this? I feel like I'm the only one with this problem. Please let me know! Thanks.

They do but I was seeing if anyone had a better solution than forms. I have to do the IFTA reporting for all of the drivers and going over every paper form takes a long time, getting missing/incorrect info from drivers, tracking down receipts, etc. take a long time.

 

I am behind a desk but I drive sometimes. Sometimes forms get lost, incorrect information is put in trip sheets, receipts go missing, etc. I'm seeing if anyone else has these issues, or has found a solution to any of them. These setbacks make IFTA reporting a pain. I think a lot of things in trucking are just taken as-is because most people feel like "that's just the way things are". Is anyone else interested in this process being made easier?
