    Depends on where u are at.Beginning pay anywhere for our Drivers is at least $18 an hour and probably .42cents a mile.Different terminals pay different in Texas.Dallas top pay is $23 an hour and .54cents a mile while San Antonio is $22.48 an hour and .53 cents a mile

    The money varies based on how hard it is to keep driver in that Market.Pay is different(Higher) goin West to California or head to Midwest or East Coast up the New York and stuff

    Conway use to be a good company to work for but for some reason they have lost site of the fact that the drivers are the ones that make everything work. If it wasn't for the drivers Conway wouldn't exist or any other company for that matter. When any company gets so greedy that profits mean more than the individuals who generate the profits then everything starts falling apart. The employees stop caring, the job becomes just a paycheck.

    I'm loving Con-way! I've been here for a few weeks now. I'm no fan of the sterling trucks but really enjoy the Freightliners. I'm not a real big fan of working the dock dealing with the safestack bars, but I enjoy breaking trailers. I'm no fan of loading trailers... Just unloading. I should also say I wish I didn't have to work the dock at all really, but it is what it is. I don't even mind the drivecam's or vernomic system.
