Yes you lose your seniority in a transfer, but you get to keep your company time and vacation. You become a full time employee after 90 days so you go below all other regular employees but above all supplemental employees.

And yes you will take a paycut if you start at a higher rate and transfer to a terminal that pays less.

I applied and put in the notes that I was starting my 240 hour CDL course on July 22. Hopefully I hear back and can get pre qualified to work at Con-Way!
