Bad news, Con-way can't hire me because I've been unemployed since 2008 I didn't even realize it would be a problem. Since I found out late Friday evening I was only able to call 2 other companies. Found one, Swift, that will hire me as long as I get 2 notarized letters stating that I have been unemployed for 3 years, and a printout of my social security report. Anyway, going to call a bunch more companies on Monday. I'm not going to give up. If anyone reading this knows of a company that hires students in my situation please let me know!

Don't give up, just a bump in the road. Call CRST just remember u will have to team, but at least u can get started. it won't be easy but nothing worthwhile ever is. Good luck and keep us posted.

Finally got our load assignment to Joplin, Will be their tomorrow night and hopefully They'll have a truck for me. What a long strange trip its been.
That is awesome. Congrats! I'm currently on a run to new york that will Put me at around 3800 miles. So far no problems with my finisher. He is a really nice guy. Very understanding and knowledeable.
