I am looking to go to con-way tl through crowder. How do you get regional work is that something you have to apply for. Sorry if this sounds stupid. ( FIRST POST) I don't mind "running" alot but I have two wonderful kids at home and it would be nice to see them more if I could. My intentions are to work truckload for a year or two then go freight. My uncle works freight and he said he loves it.

i sugest you you check with conway at the moment most regional positions are filled i do believe.
freight is a separate compny best to call or stop by the local terminal. they may have a driver apprentice program.
i heard 3 years before transfer in fla.
then you get to start over at the bottom of the board.
good luck -
Dude, was wondering what happened to you! I got my "broke down in Laredo" out of the way at the beginning of my miles. Now I'm almost finished, I'm right at 7500, and working our way back east towards Joplin with a couple of relayed Conway loads. Best of Luck to you, maybe we will meet up in Joplin. BTW, have you heard from or about any of our compatriots?vmaggs and blktop-bucanear Thank this.

By the way, does anyone know of a good place to drop a trailer for hometime in Jacksonville FL?
