rules for idling at Conway are above 70 and below 20. Conway is the best company to drive for., everyone is so respectful. They say they only invite 1 of 100 applicants, and there were 25 or so in my orientation in Jacksonville, FL. Three of us made it thru. One guy who was sent home got invited back to orientation in joplin and he passed and is also very very happy here at Conway, I can't recommend it highly enough.

    Sincerely,

Good luck to you; if u choose Conway u won't regret it.

I hired on in Nov 2011 and it was made clear that we had to have hazmat and passport in 120 days. Period.

I was hired on in Nov. 2011 and at that time we were told it was mandatory to have hazmat and passport or passcard within 120 days. And we were reimbursed.

Not very likely but, if someone says it happened to them, then it is likely they haven't told the WHOLE story. The company spends a ton of time and money getting a candidate to the stage where they are ready for finishing/road training. If they bump someone at that stage, then the person must have done something wrong. Even background checks are checked and double checked way before this stage.

    paul_4lp Thanks this.
