just read what u said.. I drive a T2000 an yes im a solo driver for Cwtl an I like it an it doesnt make the noise like other say. I Can't stand the Cascadia doesnt have that much room. an they have more problems they are freightliners Lemon. Oh an the freightShaker is the Classic drove them for 7 yrs. I do like working for CWTL

 

I've been a CFI/CWTL team driver for 11 yrs. My wife was trained at crowder college in neosho, by CFI. Before coming here I was solo at 4 companies in 2 yrs. CFI was the best. We were a company team for 2yrs, o/o for 6 and back as a company team for the last 3. In the last 2 yrs this place has become a f'd up, bs company as bad as any. Miles down, no respect, bad maintenance. I used to never be on hold with anyone longer than a couple mins. Now you can't get anyone unless u hold for 20. I'm so pissed off at this company I can't explain in words. I'm ready to leave the trucking industry now but, in this economy! I have to stay here. I HOPE someone from CWTL sees this.


forgot to add, there are some great people at CWTL, sorry for the rant I'm just fed up with it.

 

I felt your pain 3 years ago and never regretted leaving.

 

I am still employed, I was starting to sweat that the CFI police were going to get me.
Anyhow, I am not part of any organized part out to get drivers.
I think every company has dime droppers, that feel they need to report other drivers for rules infractions.
Some warranted, some not.
I see somebody doing something that risks life, equipment that sort of stuff, well I think we all should take a stand, we don' well the industry just goes downhill.
To report somebody for making a post, well, I am a American, I can express my views on my time as I wish.
To think that there is some force that is going out and strong arming people to remove posts is, well just don't see it happening.
Do people from Con-way read the posts, I'm sure some folks do, do they have some sort of covert dept that tracks down IP addresses to quell negative posts, no.
Do other companies do or have these, quite possibly.
Are there channels for legit complaints and such, at Truckload, there most certainly are.
All you have to do is follow the chain of command.
Talk to you Fleet Manager, don't get the help you need, they have a boss, don't get help there, there is a Retention Manager, He can't help, Presidents door is open.
Only industry I have been involved with where the President of a multi-million dollar company can pretty much walk into the Presidents office, sit down and he will take the time to listen.

 

Curious, not part of the secret company police force, just wondering about the "###wipes in Joplin" and there "###backwards definition of "family"" and how they go out of their way to stab you in the back?d

The black helicopters based out of Ann Arbor fly around the Freight division.. Perhaps black dune buggy's or station wagons are based out of Joplin and now cruise around Truckload.. OK, I'm being a jerk again..lol..

 

Reading some of these postings kinda make me glad I took this local job hauling gas instead of going with CWTL a few months back. Home every night or every day I should say since I work the night shift for now, but the pay is good and benefits aren't too shabby. Good luck to you all at CWTL wish you the best. I come on here every now and again, checking posts on a couple of companies I was trying to get on with when I was laid off, just to be sure I made the right choice. Local is nice but when you have been driving as long as I have "the road" can sometimes tug at your heart. Maybe not the right choice of words but I'm sure that plenty of you know exactly what I am saying. God Bless You All for the sacrifices you make to feed your family and at the same time keep this country moving forward. Be safe and get home in one piece.

 

Ok all you People that are complaining about this company then WHY are u still with them?? an don't say you need a Job just go and find another trucking company an really see how u get treated.
